The Deanship aims to provide QOU students with advanced psychological and social counselling services and to support them in their personal and social growth, to learn from their own abilities, to focus on improving their talents, to motivate them to succeed, to help them appreciate themselves and their skills, and to direct them to academic study in the different disciplines.

(The section was temporarily activated in the branches of the Gaza Strip, and has not been activated yet in the West Bank branches).
