  • Preparing a study for the needs based on the results of the self-evaluating project at the university

  • Preparing suggestions to establish research centers administration system, social responsibility council system affiliated from Arab Universities Association and research centers in cooperation with related parties

  • Launching the programs’ evaluation project in accordance with the academic programs quality assurance standards guide accredited in the Arab universities that was issued by the General Secretariat of the Arab Universities Association.
  • Issuing the work Procedure Manual through developing Quality Manual Project for 2013- 2016.
  • Implementing organizational self-evaluation project in compliance with the quality assurance standards of the Arab Universities Union and the accreditation of the open learning programs and universities.
  • Accrediting a number of academic programs by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
  • Participating in computerizing the academic work of faculty members on the registration system.
  • Setting an internal system for the quality council, and reforming it by the President of the University and a number of members from the staff to approve the quality policies, following up their implementation and providing support to spread the quality culture.
  • Participating in developing accreditation and quality standards manual for open and distance learning programs and universities, in accordance with Arab universities union guidelines. The manual is considered the first of its kind in the Arab region.
  • Signing a number of MOUs and agreements with some of the organizations that are concerned about education quality for experience exchange and research cooperation.
  • Offering two fellowships for the open universities members at Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU) in the field of experience exchange for 2014 academic year.
  • Follow up on the accreditation of academic programs by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC).
  • Obtaining the Asian Association of Open Universities fellowship in Staff mobility program.
