As part of the Arab Student Training and Creativity Council and the General Secretariat of the Arab Universities Union’s student exchange program, students from Al-Quds Open University have completed their internships at various Arab universities (including Nizwa University and Sharjah University in Oman, Sulaymaniyah University, Erbil Technical University, Salahaddin University in Kurdistan, Anbar University in Iraq, Al-Obour Institutes in Egypt, Misr University for Science and Technology, and Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan). The program involved practical and scientific training, along with various cultural activities designed to enhance students' personal development and skills across different programs and disciplines.
The President of Al-Quds Open University, Prof. Samir Najdi, praised the Arab Student Training and Creativity Council and the Arab Universities Union for their role, expressing pride and gratitude for hosting the university's students. He highlighted the efforts of Arab universities in fostering student exchange and its benefits for students, emphasizing the University's commitment to education and student involvement.
Dr. Iyad Ishtiyeh, the university’s representative in the Arab Student Creativity and Training Council, noted that the participation rate of QOU students is the highest among Palestinian universities. A total of 18 students benefited from training opportunities in various fields (Business Administration, Public Relations and Advertising, New Media, Social Work, Counseling and Mental Health, Digital Marketing, Agriculture, Special Education, and Computer Information Systems.
