Al-Quds Open University took part in the "Palestine Youth Skills Day", organized by Juhoud for Community and Rural Development, and the National Commission (TVET), and funded by the European Union.

Dr. Mahmoud Hawamdeh, Director of the Center for Continuing Education at QOU, commented that "this participation comes to highlight the university's active role in developing the skills of Palestinian youth." He added "QOU also works to provide training and professional development opportunities for Palestinian youth through continuing education programs and technical and vocational training."
