The Assistant to the President performs the duties delegated to him by the University President, participates in the councils and committees required by the university's laws and regulations, and, to the extent of his functional competence, interacts with the local community and the public and private sectors in order to advance the best interest of the university and society. He also completes all responsibilities allocated to him that are associated with his job.
