- Preparing the fourth strategic plan of the University and holding a workshop to discuss the general framework besides preparing the work plans
- Accrediting and implementing the work procedure about managing and updating the planning database to enhance planning professionalism, decision making process and activating the role of the Department in the field of developing technical and analytical aspects in compliance with the University’s senior administration
- Developing and improving the system of administrating and monitoring the strategic plans at the University
- Issuing the second volume of the work Procedure Manual under the Quality Manual project in the University.
- Implement Programmatic Evaluation Project at the Faculties based on the instructions from the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC)
