Overview

Information Security is one of the subdivisions of the faculty of Technology and Applied Sciences. It aims to prepare qualified graduates who can build, develop, maintain and protect computerized systems and computer networks, as well as network security programming and management. This specialization comes in response to the needs of the Palestinian, Arab and international labor market, in light of the increasing need for information security in public and private institutions.
The specialization provides students with information and skills in different fields of information security applications, developing sound attitudes towards productive work and positive interaction with the community, and preparing them to practice the following: Information Security Analyst, Network Security Administrator and Programmer of Internet Security Networks and Applications
