The International Conference on Information Technology and Communication ICICT'2012 will be held in Ramallah, Palestine.

Ramallah is a Palestinian city in the central West Bank, 16 Kilometers north of Jerusalem, adjacent to Al-Bireh. It currently serves as the administrative capital of the Palestinian National Authority.

Ramallah is located in the hilly region of central Palestine and rises 900 meters above the sea level.

Ramallah enjoys a temperate climate: in the summer the temperature could rise at mid-day to 35C (95F), and in winter it could reach slightly below zero.
