The International Conference on Information & Communication Technology (ICICT'2012): Applications and Techniques is the first conference focusing on state of the art technologies pertaining to digital information and communications.

The ICICT'2012 will be organized by the Al-Quds Open University, Palestine. The current emphasis reflects the growing Interest in new areas in Information Technology and Communication. The core theme of the conference has been opened to include different themes of IT and Communication.

You are cordially invited to submit papers in all areas of IT and communication. All papers submitted to this conference are peer-reviewed. All accepted papers will be published in the conference Proceedings. In addition, selected papers will also be printed and published in special edition of the Journal of Al-Quds Open University for Studies and Researches.
