Submission Guidelines

Papers should be submitted electronically using OpenConf online submission system. The papers must be prepared following the two-column format and should not exceed the length of 8 (eight) A4-size pages. Microsoft Word templates can be used when preparing the papers. Please, note that only MS-Word format is allowed for submissions.

All paper submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers. The proceedings will be published by Al-Quds Open University. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register and present the work at the conference; otherwise the paper will be removed from the digital library after the conference. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered and the paper must be prepared following the two-column format as shown in the conference web site.
Accepted papers for authors who have completed the registration will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version for publication in special issues in the refereed Journal of Al-Quds Open University for Researches and Studies.
