Al-Quds Open University participates in the sixth International Conference of the Faculty of Education at Sultan Qaboos University

Al-Quds Open University, represented by Prof. Majdi Zamel, the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, participated in the Sixth International Conference of the Faculty of Education, which was held at Sultan Qaboos University in the Sultanate of Oman from 7-9 October 2019.

On the sidelines of the conference, a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Scientific Association of Faculties of Education in the Arab World was held and chaired by Prof.  Zeinab Al-Zayoud, the Secretary General of the Association.  Participants discussed a number of issues related to the Faculties of Education.

Prof. Zamel presented the experience of QOU in developing Master degree programs that match the demands of the labor market. Prof. Zamel also talked about the criteria and admission conditions of  the Master in Educational Science program.

During the visit, a meeting was held with Dr. Rahmah al-Mahrooqi,  Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor for Postgraduate Studies & Research at Sultan Qaboos University, who welcomed any academic cooperation between Sultan Qaboos University and Arab universities.
