The Information and Communication Technology Center (ICTC) was established in 1998 by a decision of the University Council. ICTC is considered one of most important centers of the University. This Center is responsible for computerizing the University’s administrative, academic financial and production functions. It also serves the community and it is considered a window to the world through the most recent international technologies.
Despite of the weak communication infrastructure and the high cost of obtaining distinguished services for this network in Palestine; Al-Quds Open University has the largest and broadest technology network in Palestine.
